Job Requirements

- Ability to work up to 50 hours per week with flexible scheduling

Job Duties
- Lead and develop restaurant team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Ensure compliance with company standards for safety, sanitation, and food quality
- Manage daily restaurant operations including inventory control, staffing, and budgeting
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment
- Support career development and training programs for team members
- Drive sales performance and manage operational costs to meet financial targets
- Collaborate with General Manager and corporate leadership to implement strategies and improvements
