Managers will benefit from comprehensive training and career advancement opportunities, including tuition reimbursement and student loan assistance, supported by a strong internal promotion culture where 99% of senior leaders rise from within. Olive Garden values commitment to quality of life, offering paid time off, vacation and flex time starting within the first year, parental leave, adoption reimbursement assistance, and paid family care leave after one year of service. Additional benefits include company 401(k) matching and retirement contributions, an employee stock purchase program with a discount, and access to discounts at over 100,000 merchants.
