Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or related field
  • Ability to work up to 50 hours per week with flexible scheduling
  • Must be people-focused and results-oriented
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Ability to comply with all safety and sanitation policies
  • Willingness to support company community and culture initiatives

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop restaurant team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Ensure compliance with company standards for safety, sanitation, and food quality
  • Manage daily restaurant operations including inventory control, staffing, and budgeting
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment
  • Support career development and training programs for team members
  • Drive sales performance and manage operational costs to meet financial targets
  • Collaborate with General Manager and corporate leadership to implement strategies and improvements
