Job Requirements
- minimum of 1 year experience as a restaurant manager
- reliable transportation and punctuality
- ability to work approximately 47.5 hours weekly
- capability to commute 25-30 miles each way
- strong leadership communication and organizational skills

- ability to provide a friendly atmosphere for guests

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- lead all aspects of daily restaurant business such as delivering a high-quality menu and motivating staff to provide excellent guest service
- maintain the restaurant's revenue, profitability, and quality goals ensuring efficient operation and high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards
- create a friendly atmosphere for guests
- invest in and develop team members to help execute flawless service
- drive guest service, training and development, sales and profit growth and accountability across the entire restaurant team
