Job Requirements

  • minimum of 1 year experience as a restaurant manager
  • reliable transportation and punctuality
  • ability to work approximately 47.5 hours weekly
  • capability to commute 25-30 miles each way
  • strong leadership communication and organizational skills
  • self-motivation
  • initiative and desire to achieve
  • genuine passion for teamwork
  • ability to provide a friendly atmosphere for guests
  • engagement and relationship building with guests and staff
  • creative ability to work with the community and build sales
  • 18 years of age
  • authorized to work in the USA

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 1 year experience as a restaurant manager preferably in fast food or quick casual high-volume restaurants
  • strong leadership skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • organizational skills
  • self-motivation
  • ability to work rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends and holidays
  • authorized to work in the USA
  • 18 years of age or older

Job Duties

  • lead all aspects of daily restaurant business such as delivering a high-quality menu and motivating staff to provide excellent guest service
  • maintain the restaurant's revenue, profitability, and quality goals ensuring efficient operation and high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards
  • create a friendly atmosphere for guests
  • invest in and develop team members to help execute flawless service
  • drive guest service, training and development, sales and profit growth and accountability across the entire restaurant team
  • model Wendy’s core values every day
  • foster a fun and inviting work environment
