Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- 5+ years of restaurant management experience
- previous experience managing a quick-service restaurant with a drive-thru
- valid U.S. work authorization
- valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- strong knowledge of labor laws and food safety standards
- ability to manage budgets and financial reports
- proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems
- excellent multitasking and organizational skills
- strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- ability to work flexible schedules
- leadership experience in training and developing staff
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of restaurant management experience, ideally within a quick-service or fast-paced dining concept
- Must have worked at a restaurant before that has a drive thru
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop staff while maintaining a positive team culture
- Strong financial acumen, including experience managing budgets and interpreting profit and loss statements
- Knowledge of labor laws, food safety, and workplace safety standards
- Skilled in multitasking, meeting deadlines, and prioritizing daily operations and ongoing initiatives
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general POS systems
- Valid U.S. work authorization and driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma required
