The role of Manager at Bonefish Grill is a dynamic and engaging leadership position responsible for overseeing daily operations of both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) functions.   • One year previous restaurant management experience
  • Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule
  • Minimum age 21 years
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to provide professional leadership and direction to employees

Job Qualifications

  • One year previous restaurant management experience
  • Certification in food safety preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred
  • Willingness to relocate within the assigned region preferred

Job Duties
