Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • familiarity with health and safety standards
  • ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams
  • readiness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of progressive management experience in a well-rated, service-driven restaurant
  • excellent communication and critical thinking skills
  • proven ability to hire, train, and mentor a diverse hourly front-of-house staff of at least 25 people
  • strong decision-making abilities and adaptability under pressure

Job Duties

  • manage daily restaurant operations
  • oversee hiring, training, and mentoring of front-of-house staff
  • ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
  • maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
  • coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
  • manage inventory and supplier relations
  • handle administrative tasks including scheduling and budgeting
