Job Requirements

- minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
- strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- familiarity with health and safety standards
- ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams
- readiness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of progressive management experience in a well-rated, service-driven restaurant
- excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- proven ability to hire, train, and mentor a diverse hourly front-of-house staff of at least 25 people
- strong decision-making abilities and adaptability under pressure

Job Duties
- manage daily restaurant operations
- oversee hiring, training, and mentoring of front-of-house staff
- ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
- maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
- manage inventory and supplier relations
- handle administrative tasks including scheduling and budgeting
