Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year of restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • ability to work full-time with flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • experience in kitchen operations and inventory control
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • At least 1 year of high-volume restaurant or related hospitality management experience

Job Duties

  • Lead and coach the restaurant team to ensure excellent customer service
  • manage daily restaurant operations including kitchen, ordering, and inventory
  • build strong relationships with guests and team members
  • maintain organized and deadline-oriented workflows
  • master every position in the restaurant to effectively train others
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
