Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 4 years experience in food and beverage or related professional area
  • OR 2-year degree from accredited university in relevant major
  • 2 years experience in food and beverage or related professional area
  • knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards
  • understanding of local, state, and federal liquor laws
  • strong leadership abilities
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to manage daily operations efficiently

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 4 years of experience in food and beverage or related field
  • OR 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major with 2 years of relevant experience

  • ability to handle guest complaints professionally
  • proficiency in managing financial aspects of food and beverage operations

Job Duties

  • Supervises and manages employees
  • manages all day-to-day operations
  • assists with menu planning
  • maintains sanitation standards
  • reviews staffing levels to meet guest service and financial objectives
  • leads and coaches food and beverage team
  • ensures compliance with all policies, standards, and applicable laws
  • handles guest complaints and problem resolution
  • provides leadership in guest hospitality
  • manages financial aspects of department including purchasing and invoice payments
  • collaborates with team to ensure excellent customer service
  • supports and trains employees on guest expectations
  • monitors alcohol beverage service in compliance with laws
