Job Duties

  • manage hourly employees including conducting performance evaluations coaching and discipline
  • review applications interview and recommend hires for hourly employees
  • direct work for employees including setting hours weekly schedules and assigning tasks before during and after open hours
  • drive sales steps of service and guest satisfaction
  • provide direct and schedule training for front of house and back of house staff
  • supervise food production and preparation following established recipes and procedures
  • conduct formal line taste and temperature checks
  • enforce security measures to maintain safety of employees and guests
  • manage food supplies and liquor costs through weekly inventory
  • understand manage and practice safe food handling
  • create a safe fun and clean work environment consistent with core values and operational goals
