Job Duties
- manage hourly employees including conducting performance evaluations coaching and discipline
- review applications interview and recommend hires for hourly employees
- direct work for employees including setting hours weekly schedules and assigning tasks before during and after open hours
- drive sales steps of service and guest satisfaction
- provide direct and schedule training for front of house and back of house staff
- supervise food production and preparation following established recipes and procedures
- conduct formal line taste and temperature checks
- enforce security measures to maintain safety of employees and guests
- manage food supplies and liquor costs through weekly inventory
- understand manage and practice safe food handling
- create a safe fun and clean work environment consistent with core values and operational goals
