Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience
  • ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • willingness to travel occasionally
  • adherence to company policies and standards

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years restaurant management experience
  • skilled in developing guest rapport
  • proven leadership and team management skills
  • experience in high-volume, full-service restaurant environments
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • ability to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • familiarity with inventory and cost management practices

Job Duties

  • Run shifts and lead daily restaurant operations
  • lead pre-shift meetings and conduct line, temperature, and cooler checks
  • oversee closing manager duties including counting down the safe and preparing nightly reports
  • organize and supervise daily opening and closing shifts ensuring exceptional guest and employee experiences
  • provide leadership and guidance to hourly and management teams fostering a Culture of Caring
  • respond promptly and effectively to guest and employee feedback
  • assist in managing costs, driving sales, and business growth
  • partner with GM to interview, hire, onboard, train, and supervise BOH employees
  • perform regular inventories and track high-cost items
  • place orders and inspect deliveries
  • promote teamwork across all teams
  • handle challenges with guests, vendors, and employees with patience and good judgment
  • work varied shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and travel when needed
  • move and lift up to 50 pounds as required
