Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 1 year of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • ability to manage a large team
  • organized and detail-oriented
  • willingness to learn all restaurant positions
  • comfortable in kitchen environments

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 1 year high-volume restaurant or related hospitality management experience
  • strong coaching and leadership skills

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage the restaurant team to ensure excellent guest experiences
  • coach team members by providing effective feedback and fostering growth
  • oversee daily restaurant operations including inventory management and ordering
  • master all restaurant positions before training others
  • build and maintain strong relationships with guests and employees
  • manage a large team ensuring productivity and morale
  • utilize Microsoft Office for administrative tasks and scheduling
