Job Requirements
- Restaurant management or leadership experience
- Experience in food and beverage or kitchen management
- College graduate with industry or management experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including day and night
- Weekend availability
- Driver's license preferred
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

- Coach and inspire staff to maintain high morale and deliver desired results
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including guest interaction and food quality
