Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years restaurant management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate hospitality on all levels
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Four-year college degree preferred but not required
- Minimum 3 years restaurant management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated hospitality skills
- Leadership abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Strong organizational skills
Job Duties
- Managing all areas of the operations during scheduled shifts including decision making and supporting staff
- Assess staffing needs and recruit staff
- Monitor purchasing, storage, preparation, cooking, handling, and serving of food and beverage products to ensure correct recipe and portion standards
- Act as support system for all areas of the restaurant
- Organize and direct training programs within the restaurant
- Maintain a spotlessly clean and safe restaurant
- Ensure highest quality levels of products and hospitality
- Lead and live by PRIDE values of passion, respect, integrity, determination, and energy
