Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year of experience in high-volume restaurant or related hospitality management
  • Strong coaching and feedback skills
  • Organizational skills with a focus on results
  • Ability to master all restaurant positions
  • Relationship-building ability with guests and team members

  • Experience managing large teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable with kitchen operations, ordering, and inventory management

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage restaurant staff to ensure high performance and morale
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures
  • Maintain quality control for food preparation, presentation, and sanitation
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
  • Train and mentor team members to maximize their potential
  • Handle customer service issues and ensure exceptional guest experiences
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
