Job Requirements

  • 2 or more years of successful restaurant management experience
  • ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
  • ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
  • a caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
  • valid driver’s license
  • must be fluent in English

Job Duties

  • lead and manage all aspects of store operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities
  • provide exceptional guest service and ensure high standards of hospitality
  • train and develop team members to improve performance and customer experience
  • oversee scheduling, inventory management, and daily financial operations
  • enforce safety and quality standards
  • collaborate with home office support for ongoing assistance
  • foster a positive and caring work environment
