Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age where applicable
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • valid work authorization
  • prior experience in restaurant or retail management preferred
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours
  • commitment to excellent guest service
  • ability to maintain compliance with safety and sanitation regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Fluent in English
  • math and financial management skills
  • restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • ability to resolve conflicts and make decisions
  • experience in team development and coaching
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • understanding of profit and loss and financial measurements

Job Duties

  • Hire, train and develop employees
  • communicate job expectations to employees
  • plan, monitor, appraise and review job performance
  • provide coaching and feedback including discipline when appropriate
  • create and maintain a guest first culture
  • ensure all shifts are appropriately staffed
  • maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment while complying with safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • ensure Brand standards and systems are executed
  • prepare and complete action plans for production, productivity, quality and guest service standards
  • complete audits and implement plans to drive system improvements
  • control costs to help maximize profitability
  • execute all in-restaurant marketing promotions timely
  • execute new product roll-outs including team training, marketing and sampling
  • set sales goals and track results
