Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of high-volume restaurant management experience
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with POS and reservation systems
  • Ability to lead and develop a diverse team

Job Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of business operations and financials
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of food ingredients, flavors, and culinary characteristics
  • Proficiency with POS systems and online reservation tools

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Manage shifts including daily decision making, scheduling, and planning
  • Create memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations
  • Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness
  • Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
  • Manage on-the-fly requests with ease and poise
  • Understand POS systems and digital reservation platforms
  • Coach, lead, and develop restaurant team
