Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years high-volume restaurant management experience
  • understanding of business operations and financials
  • ability to manage shifts and staff scheduling
  • strong leadership and team coaching skills
  • proficiency with POS and digital reservation systems
  • ability to maintain product quality and cleanliness standards
  • capacity to perform calmly under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years high-volume restaurant management experience
  • understanding of business operations and financials
  • strong leadership and team development skills
  • familiarity with POS systems and digital reservation platforms like OpenTable
  • ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Manage shifts which include daily decision making, scheduling, and planning
  • create memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations
