Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop team members

Job Duties

  • Lead the restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain Olive Garden standards
  • Manage daily restaurant operations including staffing, inventory control, and financial performance
  • Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies
  • Train and develop team members to maximize their potential and support career advancement
  • Build positive relationships with guests and team members by fostering a welcoming and supportive environment
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to achieve sales goals and operational objectives
  • Address guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
