Job Requirements

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Lead the restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain Olive Garden standards
- Manage daily restaurant operations including staffing, inventory control, and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies
- Train and develop team members to maximize their potential and support career advancement
- Build positive relationships with guests and team members by fostering a welcoming and supportive environment
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to achieve sales goals and operational objectives
- Address guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
