- Minimum of two years restaurant, hospitality or retail experience
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ServSafe certification required
- Great communication skills
- Proven ability to solve problems
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to work day and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation

- Understand and analyze financial statements and operational factors
- Work flexible shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
