Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in restaurant management or a related field
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to mentor and develop team members

- Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes relevant to restaurant operations
- Stable work history showing upward career progress
- Current salaried management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Lead and inspire the service and culinary teams to deliver exceptional dining experiences
