Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years restaurant, hospitality or retail experience
- ServSafe Certification required
- Ability to work day and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as schedules are rotated
- Reliable transportation
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Great communication skills
- Proven ability to solve problems
- Strong business acumen

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Manage daily restaurant operations efficiently
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including ServSafe certification
- Lead and train team members to deliver outstanding food and service
- Handle problem-solving and conflict resolution effectively
- Monitor financial aspects such as sales and cost control
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and kitchen areas
