Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years restaurant, hospitality or retail experience
  • ServSafe Certification required
  • Ability to work day and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as schedules are rotated
  • Reliable transportation
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Great communication skills
  • Proven ability to solve problems
  • Strong business acumen

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service to guests
  • Manage daily restaurant operations efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including ServSafe certification
  • Lead and train team members to deliver outstanding food and service
  • Handle problem-solving and conflict resolution effectively
  • Monitor financial aspects such as sales and cost control
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and kitchen areas
