Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in restaurant management
  • Valid Food Handlers Certification
  • Valid Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

  • At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant with a scratch kitchen
