Job Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant scratch kitchen
- Food Handlers Certification or Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume environment with a strong sense of urgency
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
