Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years of age
- must have reliable transportation
- ability to work minimum 50 hours per week
- ability to stand and walk for 9-10 hours per day
- ability to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- must tolerate high noise levels and potential allergens such as peanuts, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood, and shellfish
- must have excellent communication skills in English via writing, telephone, email, and in person
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 2 years restaurant management experience preferably in full service or casual dining
- high-energy, fun-loving personality with strong leadership skills
- excellent communication skills both verbal and written

- proven ability to represent the brand positively in the local community
- experience in managing team performance and development
Job Duties
- monitoring restaurant operations and conditions to ensure quality of food and guest service
- ensure adherence to food safety and alcohol compliance standards
- communicate with team members, guests, vendors, and concept personnel
- lead and coach team to provide remarkable food, drinks, and hospitality
- interview and hire exceptional talent for job openings
- serve as a role model and hold team members accountable to operational and quality standards
- foster open communication between team members and management
- cultivate a positive work environment that promotes retention and development of staff
- drive guest engagement and develop community relationships
