- Ensure adherence to occupational safety and Health Act, local health and safety codes, and company policies

- Maintain top quality assurance and customer service standards
- Report key results to directors
- Engage with directors and organizational strategic planning
- Fully understand profit and loss statements and recommend improvements
- Execute restaurant goals within appropriate metrics
- Increase sales and run excellent controllable profit margins

- Conduct regular associate team building meetings
- Manage vendor partnerships and relationships

Job Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role

- Knowledge of food inventory management systems
- Familiarity with safety, health codes, and cash handling policies
- Ability to analyze financial statements and manage budgets
- Skill in conflict resolution and team building
- Experience working in fast-paced, customer-focused environments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a leadership team
