Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 plus years of management experience in a restaurant environment
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Completion of Restaurant Manager training
  • ServSafe certification
  • Ability to speak read and write English effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Basic math skills including addition subtraction multiplication and division
  • Proven analytical and organizational abilities
  • Valid driver's license and insurance
  • Ability to stand walk for 85 to 95 percent of shift
  • Ability to lift and carry 10 to 65 pounds
  • Ability to operate restaurant equipment and drive a motor vehicle
  • Must demonstrate integrity and ethical behavior

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required for internal promotion
  • Working toward AA or BA/BS degree preferred for internal promotion
  • AA degree acceptable for external recruit
  • BA/BS in Business or related field preferred for external recruit
  • Minimum of 1 plus years experience as an Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal promotion
  • Minimum of 3 years experience managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external recruit
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must complete Restaurant Manager training classes
  • Must be ServSafe certified
  • Ability to speak read and write effectively in English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proven analytical and organizational skills
  • Proficient in personal computers and related software applications
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior

Job Duties

  • Recruits selects trains develops and evaluates restaurant employees
  • Monitors staffing levels and ensures training systems are fully implemented
  • Creates an employee-friendly fun clean and safe environment
  • Motivates and inspires employees to achieve high performance
  • Manages daily activities to ensure excellent guest service and food quality
  • Responds to guest concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizes management information tools to analyze operational and financial performance and implements improvement action plans
