Job Requirements
- Must be over 21 years of age
- food handlers certification
- alcoholic beverage servers certification (TABC/BASSET)
- understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations
- strong sense of urgency
- ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume environment
- results driven and team oriented
Job Qualifications
- At least 3 years of recent full-service or fast-casual restaurant management experience
- proven ability to run high volume restaurant concepts successfully
- solid organizational and critical thinking skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- strong understanding of day-to-day restaurant operations and systems
- passion for food and hospitality
- ability to lead and develop teams effectively
Job Duties
- Support the management team in overseeing daily restaurant operations
- ensure effective operations with consistent high food quality and cleanliness standards
- support team members in training, development, and recognition
- promote and support a 5-star guest experience
- maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- coordinate staff scheduling and workflow
- monitor and optimize restaurant performance and customer satisfaction
