Job Requirements

  • Must be over 21 years of age
  • food handlers certification
  • alcoholic beverage servers certification (TABC/BASSET)
  • understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations
  • strong sense of urgency
  • ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume environment
  • results driven and team oriented

Job Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of recent full-service or fast-casual restaurant management experience
  • proven ability to run high volume restaurant concepts successfully
  • solid organizational and critical thinking skills
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • strong understanding of day-to-day restaurant operations and systems
  • passion for food and hospitality
  • ability to lead and develop teams effectively

Job Duties

  • Support the management team in overseeing daily restaurant operations
  • ensure effective operations with consistent high food quality and cleanliness standards
  • support team members in training, development, and recognition
  • promote and support a 5-star guest experience
  • maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • coordinate staff scheduling and workflow
  • monitor and optimize restaurant performance and customer satisfaction
