Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant or hospitality management experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to provide effective feedback and support team growth
- Demonstrated organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in high-volume restaurant or hospitality management
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Experience managing large teams
- Knowledge of inventory management and kitchen operations
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Lead and motivate restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Manage restaurant operations including inventory, ordering, and scheduling
- Provide effective coaching and feedback to team members
- Ensure high standards of food quality and safety
- Build strong relationships with guests and staff
- Maintain organized and deadline-oriented workflows
- Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and labor cost management
