- Minimum one year restaurant management experience, three years preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate hospitality on all levels
- Solid working knowledge of beer and spirits
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once

Job Duties
- Managing all areas of the operations during scheduled shifts including on the spot decision making and staff support
- Ensuring 100 percent interaction with guests and focusing on guest needs while enforcing performance standards
- Assessing staffing needs and recruiting staff
- Monitoring purchasing, storage, preparation, cooking, handling, and serving of food and beverages to ensure correct recipe, portion, and specification standards
- Acting as a support system for all restaurant areas
- Organizing and directing training programs within the restaurant
- Maintaining a spotlessly clean and safe restaurant at all times
- Ensuring the highest quality levels of products and hospitality
- Leading and living by PRIDE (Passion, Respect, Integrity, Determination, and Energy)
