Job Duties
- Lead through service and support the team
- Demonstrate integrity, values, and commitment consistent with company mission
- Maintain team and guest focus during shifts
- Partner with General Manager and other managers in coaching and training
- Delegate and communicate to maintain all points of service
- Engage with guests to exceed expectations
- Ensure compliance with health and sanitation standards
- Coordinate and manage catering services and events
- Adhere to legal standards for health, safety, and labor
- Oversee cleanliness and inviting atmosphere of the restaurant
- Manage safety policies and hold team accountable
- Ensure food and product standards are met consistently
- Support achievement of financial objectives
- Participate in team meetings and scheduling
- Perform other duties assigned by management
