Job Duties

  • Lead through service and support the team
  • Demonstrate integrity, values, and commitment consistent with company mission
  • Maintain team and guest focus during shifts
  • Partner with General Manager and other managers in coaching and training
  • Delegate and communicate to maintain all points of service
  • Engage with guests to exceed expectations
  • Ensure compliance with health and sanitation standards
  • Coordinate and manage catering services and events
  • Adhere to legal standards for health, safety, and labor
  • Oversee cleanliness and inviting atmosphere of the restaurant
  • Manage safety policies and hold team accountable
  • Ensure food and product standards are met consistently
  • Support achievement of financial objectives
  • Participate in team meetings and scheduling
  • Perform other duties assigned by management
