Job Duties

  • Manage all areas of the operations during scheduled shifts including on-the-spot decision making
  • support staff and ensure 100% interaction with guests to meet their needs
  • assess staffing needs and recruit new team members
  • monitor purchasing, storage, preparation, cooking, handling, and serving of all food and beverage products to ensure adherence to recipe, portion, and specification standards
  • act as a support system for all areas of the restaurant
  • organize and direct training programs within the restaurant
  • maintain a spotlessly clean and safe restaurant at all times
  • ensure highest quality levels of products and hospitality
