Job Requirements
- College degree or equivalent experience in operations
- Two years of management operations experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong skills in coaching, training, customer service, organization and planning
- Proven ability to achieve sales and profit goals
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities

Job Duties
- Managing the operations and restaurant staff
- Deliver high quality products in a clean, professional and safe environment
- Maintain day-to-day financial controls
- Create and manage staff schedules
- Interview, hire, train and write-up staff
- Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
- Set the tone for the fun, family environment in the restaurant
- Management level openings range from shift managers, assistant managers, general managers
