Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Minimum of three years experience in management roles
- Food Safety Manager certification
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, evenings, and additional shifts
- Capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel occasionally, including overnight trips
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
- Ability to operate a point-of-sale system

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Working toward associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of three years experience as an Associate Manager or Assistant Manager
- Food Safety Manager certification required
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

Job Duties
- Overseeing restaurant operations execution and management of staff
- Demonstrating a strong commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Managing daily activities to achieve excellence in restaurant operational performance
- Providing an exceptional guest experience through proper training and accountability for staff
- Reviewing practices to improve the guest experience and maintaining guest interaction
- Responding to guest concerns and complaints professionally and ensuring resolution
- Ensuring management and crew understand and operate all systems correctly
- Maintaining cleanliness, maintenance, and service standards according to Denny's brand
- Developing employees' knowledge and skills through training programs and coaching
- Directing restaurant operations to meet Denny's brand standards for food and facilities
- Enforcing sanitary practices and security procedures
- Ensuring compliance with employment policies and relevant regulations
- Proactively resolving operational and employee issues with support if needed
