Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience required
- minimum of 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurants preferred
- ability to work various shifts and weekends
- meet all State mandated age requirements to serve alcohol where applicable
- physical ability to stand for entire shift and walk for long periods
- ability to push, lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
- ability to bend, stoop, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects
- ability to verbally communicate clearly
- ability to use close, distance, color, peripheral vision and depth perception
- ability to freely access all areas of the restaurant including selling floor, stock area, and register area
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Supervise restaurant staff in accordance with company policies and laws
- recruit, interview, and train employees
- assign and direct work duties
- appraise employee performance
- implement rewards and disciplinary actions
- address employee complaints and resolve conflicts
- coach and mentor team members for job success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior to foster a warm and hospitable environment
- assist with category job duties as necessary
- execute corporate and local marketing programs to build store sales
- champion sales-building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues to ensure 100 percent satisfaction
- maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety, and security policies
- enforce safe work behaviors to maintain safety for guests and crew
- monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- follow cash control and security procedures
- review financial reports and schedules and take appropriate actions
- control food costs by managing recipes, portion control, and inventory
- manage labor costs using company labor scheduling tools
- perform all other duties as assigned
