Job Requirements
- must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- must have reliable transportation
- able to work a minimum of 45 hours per week
- able to work flexible hours necessary to manage and operate the restaurant effectively
- must be present and available in store during entire scheduled shift
- must maintain an open-door policy with staff
- strong self-discipline and initiative
- neat and clean appearance
- able to stand and walk for up to 10 hours
- able to lift or move restaurant products and supplies up to 50 pounds
- able to handle pressure while coordinating multiple activities
- possess good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- college degree preferable
- 3-5 years in management position
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- bilingual a plus
- local bartender’s (Class D Operator’s) license or local manager’s (Class B Operator’s) license
- state of Wisconsin Food Manager Certificate (ServSafe preferred)
- strong leadership and organizational abilities
Job Duties
- assist in all restaurant activities as necessary
- ensure team members perform their job responsibilities and meet expectations
- maintain high standards for food quality and service
- conduct weekly manager meetings to review restaurant performance
- motivate employees to work as a team
- manage operational challenges and implement solutions
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
