Job Requirements

  • must be a minimum of 21 years of age
  • must have reliable transportation
  • able to work a minimum of 45 hours per week
  • able to work flexible hours necessary to manage and operate the restaurant effectively
  • must be present and available in store during entire scheduled shift
  • must maintain an open-door policy with staff
  • strong self-discipline and initiative
  • neat and clean appearance
  • able to stand and walk for up to 10 hours
  • able to lift or move restaurant products and supplies up to 50 pounds
  • able to handle pressure while coordinating multiple activities
  • possess good communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • college degree preferable
  • 3-5 years in management position
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • bilingual a plus
  • local bartender’s (Class D Operator’s) license or local manager’s (Class B Operator’s) license
  • state of Wisconsin Food Manager Certificate (ServSafe preferred)
  • strong leadership and organizational abilities

Job Duties

  • assist in all restaurant activities as necessary
  • ensure team members perform their job responsibilities and meet expectations
  • maintain high standards for food quality and service
  • conduct weekly manager meetings to review restaurant performance
  • motivate employees to work as a team
  • manage operational challenges and implement solutions
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
