Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience in the hospitality industry
- Proven leadership skills
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in restaurant management software
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 15 lbs

Job Duties
- Lead by example, fostering a culture of exceptional service and professionalism
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and financial performance
- Ensure the highest cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards are always maintained
- Be a visible leader on the floor and a primary point of contact for guests
- Collaborate closely with the Events Team to ensure the seamless planning and execution of private events, maintaining the highest standards and exceeding guest expectations
- Show empathy and invest in the development of team members, supporting them in reaching their full potential
- Optimize guest satisfaction by anticipating needs, resolving issues, and exceeding expectations
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance profitability
- Train and mentor staff to uphold our standards of excellence and foster a positive work environment
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless coordination between front and back-of-house operations
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including scheduling, cash handling, and adherence to closing procedures
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement
