Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a restaurant manager or assistant general manager
- success managing high-volume bar or full-service restaurant operations
- experience leading hourly staff and management teams
- skilled in managing KPIs including labor, cost of goods, and guest satisfaction
- background in independent, polished casual, or corporate dining
- energetic, outgoing personality with knowledge of current music and social trends
- strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a restaurant manager or assistant general manager
- proven success managing high-volume bar or full-service restaurant operations
- experience leading hourly staff and management teams
- skilled in managing KPIs including labor cost, cost of goods, and guest satisfaction

- experience managing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations preferred
- ability to manage balanced food-to-bar concepts
- knowledge of scheduling, P&L reporting, and compliance standards
- familiarity with modern POS and back-office management tools
Job Duties
- Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- manage and motivate a team of hourly staff and management personnel
- oversee labor, food cost, and other key performance indicators to maximize profitability
- deliver exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service standards
- develop schedules and manage staffing needs to optimize coverage
- implement leadership training programs and support internal promotions
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
