Job Requirements

- One to three years of management or assistant management experience in restaurant operations
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Ability to manage and motivate staff

Job Duties
- Manage all staff in reference to schedules, service standards, training, motivation, and safety
- Interview, select, train, supervise, and discipline restaurant staff
- Monitor product quality and guest satisfaction in the restaurant
- Make sure the food quality is consistent, appealing, and prepared to guest specifications
- Administer sales promotion programs and employee sales incentive programs
- Handle customer complaints effectively
- Perform all other duties as assigned
