Job Requirements

Hold at least a high school diploma or equivalent
Have a minimum of 2 years successful restaurant management experience
Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
Exhibit a caring attitude with dedication to hospitality
Possess a valid driver’s license
Be fluent in English

Job Duties

Lead and manage restaurant operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities
Drive excellent guest and employee experiences through effective people leadership
Oversee scheduling, staffing, and daily team performance
Implement company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and safety
Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and career growth
Collaborate with home office support to address operational challenges and improve store performance
