Job Requirements
- Hold at least a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have a minimum of 2 years successful restaurant management experience
- Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
- Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
- Exhibit a caring attitude with dedication to hospitality
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Be fluent in English

Job Duties
- Lead and manage restaurant operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities
- Drive excellent guest and employee experiences through effective people leadership
- Oversee scheduling, staffing, and daily team performance
- Implement company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and safety
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and career growth
- Collaborate with home office support to address operational challenges and improve store performance
