- Knowledge of food service and hospitality industry standards
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain balanced schedules
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Current salaried management experience preferred

Job Duties
- Lead and inspire the service and culinary teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Develop and nurture a performance-driven culture within the restaurant
- Set clear expectations and maintain open lines of communication with team members
- Recognize and reward team members for their achievements
- Apply knowledge of systems, methods, and processes to enhance operational execution
- Manage staffing schedules to ensure balanced shifts and adequate coverage
