Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Four years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area, or two-year degree from accredited university with two years experience in related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to supervise and manage team effectively
  • Knowledge of sanitation and food safety standards
  • Familiarity with local, state, and federal liquor laws
  • Willingness to work during peak meal periods and high demand times

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Four years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area, or two years of experience with a two-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven leadership ability with experience in employee coaching and development
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and liquor laws
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Experience in budgeting and financial management

Job Duties

  • Supervises and manages daily restaurant, bar, and room service operations
  • Assists with menu planning and maintains sanitation standards
  • Provides leadership and coaching to food and beverage team members
  • Ensures compliance with food handling, sanitation, liquor laws, and company policies
  • Monitors staffing levels to meet guest service and financial objectives
  • Handles guest complaints and strives to improve customer service and satisfaction
  • Oversees financial aspects such as purchasing and invoice payments
