The Restaurant Manager position at Cooper's Hawk is an exciting opportunity designed for individuals passionate about hospitality and leadership. This full-time role offers a competitive compensation range of $55,000 to $65,000 per year, complemented by a 10% bonus potential, reflecting the candidate's experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. The Restaurant Manager will oversee a high-volume, multi-faceted, full-service restaurant that includes a retail component and an active Wine Club program. As a brand ambassador, the Restaurant Manager will be instrumental in maintaining exceptional operational standards during shifts, ensuring every element from the kitchen's scratch-made food to the guest service exemplifies the Cooper's Hawk promise.

Leadership and team development are at the heart of this role. The Restaurant Manager will provide guidance and mentorship to both management and hourly team members, working closely with the General Manager to meet restaurant goals and nurture the growth of the Wine Club community. This entails educating guests about the wine club program and extending invitations to join, thereby strengthening customer loyalty and community engagement.

The role demands a hands-on leader capable of managing 1-2 departments, such as food runners, hosts, porters, or bar staff. The Restaurant Manager will ensure seamless collaboration between the kitchen and front-of-house operations, uphold corporate policies, and lead by example in creating a respectful, cohesive work environment. Key responsibilities also include participating in the hiring process, training team members to uphold Cooper's Hawk standards, managing weekly schedules, and conducting inventory checks.

Technological proficiency is essential, as the role requires effective operation of multiple computer systems, including POS systems, team member scheduling software, inventory and ordering platforms, and the Microsoft Office Suite. Maintaining a safe and compliant work environment, particularly regarding food safety and professional standards outlined in the Team Member Handbook, is a critical aspect of the job.

Cooper's Hawk values employee well-being and offers a comprehensive benefits package with perks such as medical, dental, vision, and prescription insurance; telemedicine and wellness programs; 401(k) matching; flexible spending accounts; paid parental leave; and extensive employee assistance programs. Additional incentives include substantial dining and retail discounts, monthly dining allowances, complimentary wine tastings, referral bonuses, career development opportunities, and recognition programs for milestones and achievements. This role offers not just a job but a career path with opportunities for professional growth, including luxury car incentives and attendance at annual destination conferences for key leadership positions.

Overall, the Restaurant Manager at Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurants will be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in hospitality, culinary innovation, and building communities centered around exceptional food and wine experiences.Show Less
