Mendocino Farms is currently seeking full-time Restaurant Managers for their exciting new store opening in the Highlands in 2025. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience. The Restaurant Manager plays a vital role in leading a team of passionate and friendly food enthusiasts, fostering a positive workplace environment, and ensuring operational success. The manager is responsible for the overall running of the restaurant, from kitchen operations to guest relations, inventory management, and team coaching.
In this role, the Restaurant Manager will be deeply involved in mastering every front-of-house and back-of-house position to set the standard for training and mentorship within the team. The ideal candidate has over one year of experience managing high-volume restaurants or related hospitality settings, demonstrating strong organizational skills, people management abilities, and a passion for food and service. They must be proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable handling kitchen tasks such as ordering and inventory control. This position requires a flexible schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
