Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • high school diploma or equivalent education
  • minimum of 1+ years experience as an Associate Manager and/or 2 years as a First Assistant Manager or 3 years managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility
  • 100% certified in all workstations
  • completion of Restaurant Manager training classes
  • ServSafe certification
  • ability to speak, read, and write English
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to perform basic math
  • proven analytical and organizational skills
  • self-driven with initiative
  • proficient with computer applications
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • ability to stand and walk 85%-95% of shift
  • ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
  • physical ability to operate restaurant equipment and motor vehicle
  • comply with all federal and state labor laws
  • maintain restaurant cleanliness and safety standards
