We are currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant while upholding the hotel’s prestigious reputation for quality and hospitality. The ideal candidate must possess previous food service and bar experience along with strong leadership and guest service skills. The Restaurant Manager will lead and oversee a team of employees, ensuring that every guest encounter is positive and exceeds expectations. Responsibilities include managing the hiring, development, scheduling, and training of restaurant staff to build a cohesive and capable team. The manager will organize and maintain alcoholic beverage inventory for both restaurant and banquet operations, ensuring compliance with all liquor laws and inventory controls. A key component of this role is maintaining a high level of cleanliness throughout the restaurant, from both front-of-house and back-of-house areas, thus ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. The Restaurant Manager is also responsible for communicating menu options, specials, and any updates with staff to ensure guests receive accurate and current information. They play a vital role in organizing service-related tasks, preparing dining tables, and addressing any issues swiftly and professionally. Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with team members and guests is fundamental. The manager must also comply with all company safety, security, and grooming standards while fostering a respectful and positive workplace atmosphere.
