Job Description

Denny's is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join their team. The Restaurant Manager will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant, focusing on delivering excellent guest experiences and upholding quality standards. The role involves supervising a team of 15-20 crew members, overseeing day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays, and driving operational improvement and profitability. The Restaurant Manager plays a key role in maintaining guest satisfaction and adhering to company values and principles in all interactions.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail management
  • additional operations and/or leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Food Safety Manager certification required
  • strong organizational skills with excellent communication abilities
  • basic math skills
  • ability to handle high-stress situations
  • willingness to work a 50-55-hour work week 5 days a week with occasional additional days based on business needs
  • proficiency in problem-solving and financial interpretation
  • willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
  • must have reliable transportation and ability to travel occasionally, including overnight and airline travel when applicable
  • must have a valid driver's license without hour restrictions
