Job Requirements

  • 1+ years of high-volume restaurant or related hospitality management experience
  • strong coaching skills, organizational ability with a focus on results, willingness to master all restaurant positions before teaching others, relationship-building skills with guests and team members, humility to learn in a dynamic restaurant group, experience in managing large teams, proficiency in Microsoft Office, comfort with kitchen operations, ordering, and inventory management
