Job Description

The Bazaar by José Andrés is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead and manage the service team, ensuring a world-class culinary experience while maintaining operational efficiency and profitability. The position reports to the General Manager and requires exemplary hospitality and communication skills, as well as a dedication to continuous improvement and team development within the upscale dining environment.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years of restaurant management experience and 5+ years of overall restaurant experience
  • developed communication skills, both verbal and written
  • ability to maintain compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations
  • extensive knowledge of upscale or fine dining service, sales, and competitive markets
  • demonstrated ability to supervise, train, motivate, and evaluate employees fairly
  • familiarity with revenue management and restaurant financial goals.
