Job Description
Jack in the Box is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to manage the overall operations of a Jack in the Box unit. The role focuses on ensuring the effective execution of the Service Profit Chain and Brand Promise while developing a team for internal and external service excellence to drive restaurant sales and profits in compliance with policies and regulations.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- minimum of 3 years experience managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility
- must be at least 18 years old
- ServSafe certification required
- proficient in English language
- strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
- proficient in basic math concepts
- valid driver's license and insurance
- ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
- proficiency in using personal computers and software applications
