Job Description

Jack in the Box is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to manage the overall operations of a Jack in the Box unit. The role focuses on ensuring the effective execution of the Service Profit Chain and Brand Promise while developing a team for internal and external service excellence to drive restaurant sales and profits in compliance with policies and regulations.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • minimum of 3 years experience managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • ServSafe certification required
  • proficient in English language
  • strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
  • proficient in basic math concepts
  • valid driver's license and insurance
  • ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
  • proficiency in using personal computers and software applications
