This role also requires strong business acumen, including the ability to analyze financial reports, set sales goals, implement action plans, and drive continuous improvements across operational systems.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of management experience in the restaurant or retail industry, be proficient in English, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Physical demands include the ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and stand for up to 6 hours. The role may require flexible working hours, including weekends, to meet the needs of the business. Cafua Management Company provides competitive salary packages, health insurance, a 401k plan, paid vacation, life and disability insurance, employee discounts, and regular opportunities for employee recognition and bonuses.

Working as a Restaurant Manager offers the chance to join a large, fast-growing franchise with supportive leadership and a proven operational model. The role offers a rewarding environment where you can positively impact guests' daily experiences and contribute meaningfully to the success of a well-respected national brand.
